Returns Policy

You may return all NEW, TESTED, NOT LIKED, CHANGE MY MIND paddles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will also pay for the return shipping costs for all paddles.  Please be aware this policy does not apply to paddles played with, broken, abused, and/or mistreated.  Free returns apply only to Pickleball paddles.  We have a "free return shipping" for ONE PADDLE A MONTH, limited to FOUR A YEAR.  We are not a "test and return" company.  Save all packing materials - these must be used for returns.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the USPS or UPS. However, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Please make sure to use a shipper which provides tracking services.  We will provide a pre-paid shipping label when returning a Pickleball paddle.  We will not be able to issue a refund for items that do not reach us.

Balls, grips, guards, goggles, gloves and/or other replaceable items are not returnable and (most) are not covered by manufacturer warranties.

All our items ship free within the continental U.S.  Most light weight items (under 1 pound) will also ship for free to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. protectorates and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  We reserve the right not to ship items which do not meet these requirements.  You will be refunded if we are not able to provide free shipping.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
