Return Policy
You may return all NEW, TESTED, NOT LIKED, CHANGED MY MIND, paddles within 30 days from the SHIPPING DATE for a full refund. We will pay for the return shipping costs for all paddles. All original shipping materials must be used for the return. We will not pay for additional weight if the original packing materials are not used.
Please be aware this policy does not apply to paddles “played with,” broken, abused, and/or mistreated. "Free returns" apply only to Pickleball paddles. We have a limit of 2 "free return" shipping per address per year. All additional return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees will apply after the third paddle is requested to be returned within a calendar year. Please see below for information on restocking fees. No returns will be accepted after 30 days FROM THE SHIP DATE. Package must show “delivered” for refund to be issued.
Please contact us to request a return label no later than 25 days from the shipping date. Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from our original ship date. Returns not compliant with these policies will be “refused” and “returned to sender” at the customers expense – no refunds will be issued.
Please contact us to request a pre-paid shipping label. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You may want to purchase shipping insurance in case your package is lost or stolen BEFORE it is delivered back to our facility. Save all packing materials - these must be used for returns.
Sold "tested, used", or “on sale” paddles are returnable. Please see the specific information below as restocking fees apply. Returns on such paddles does not apply after the third business day such paddles are received by the customer. 10% restocking fee. Applies to paddles "post marked" returning to seller, the next business day the paddle was received by the customer. For example, if the customer receives the paddle on May 27th, 2022 and returns the paddle back to the Post Office May 28th, 2022, a 10% restocking fee will apply. 25% restocking fee. Applies to paddles "post marked" returning to seller, two business days after the paddle was received by the customer. 50% restocking fee. Applies to paddles "post marked" returning to seller three business days after the paddle was received by the customer. All other items (besides paddles) are returnable within 30 days from our original ship date. We charge a 50% restocking fee on all returned items other than paddles.
Shipping
All our items ship free within the continental U.S. Most light weight items (under 1 pound) will also ship for free to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. protectorates and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We reserve the right not to ship items which do not meet these requirements. You will be refunded if we are not able to provide free shipping.
Most our packages (80%) are delivered within a 2-day time frame. 10% Within 3 days, 5% within 4 days and the remaining 5% between 5 to 10 days. These longer delivery dates include items being delivered to US protectorates, Alaska, Hawaii and Military bases.
