Return Policy

You may return most NEW, NOT LIKED, CHANGED MY MIND paddles within 30 days from the SHIPPING DATE.  Please read this entire page if you are "testing" paddles. Post marked received (by us) before the 31st day.  We will pay for the return shipping costs when "full store credit" is chosen as refund.  All original shipping materials must be used for the return.  We will not pay for additional weight if the original packing materials are not used.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the paddle if a refund to the original method of payment is chosen.  We will issue a full refund minus the original shipping and handling costs, currently between $8.0 to $10.00.  

Please be aware this policy does not apply to paddles modified (wraps, lead weights, bumper tape, etc.), broken, abused, purchased with a coupon or discount code, and/or mistreated.  "Free returns" apply only to Pickleball paddles and only when store credit is chosen.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if such customer would like to have a refund to the original method of payment. We have a limit of 2 "free return" shipping per address per year. All additional return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Restocking fees will apply after the third paddle is requested to be returned within a calendar year.  Please see below for information on restocking fees.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days FROM THE SHIP DATE. No returns will be accepted on products purchased with store credit.  Package must show “delivered” for refund to be issued.

Special return and/or restocking fees apply to paddles marked "SALE".  Items marked "clearance" and/or purchased with coupon codes are not returnable.  Please make sure to read our "Restocking Fees" page.

Please contact us to request a return label no later than 25 days from the shipping date. Returns must be postmarked "delivered" no later than 30 days from our original ship date. Returns not compliant with these policies will be “refused” and “returned to sender” at the customers expense – no refunds will be issued.  Products purchased with store credit are not returnable.

Please contact us to request a pre-paid shipping label.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You may want to purchase shipping insurance in case your package is lost or stolen BEFORE it is delivered back to our facility. Save all packing materials - these must be used for returns.

All other items (besides paddles) are returnable within 30 days from our original ship date. We charge a 50% restocking fee on all returned items other than paddles.
