Paddles
Paddles sold "new" carry full warranty from the manufacturer and can be returned for free before 30 days form OUR SHIP DATE.
Sold "tested", "used", or “clearance" paddles DO NOT CARRY WARRANTY. Clearance paddles are NOT returnable. "SALE" paddles are NOT RETURNABLE if used and/or after two days from received. Please see the specific information below as restocking fees apply after specific times.
Pickleball Depot will pay for the return shipping on a paddle marked "sale" and will debit your account accordingly. You are welcome to pay for the return shipping and Pickleball Depot will refund you according to the restocking fees listed below.
Free return shipping: Must be returned BEFORE 12 hours have passed AFTER a paddle was received. Free return label must by scanned by the Post Office before the 12 hour mark. Please use a "Self Service Kiosk" for after hours. Those can be found here: https://faq.usps.com/articles/FAQ/Self-Service-Kiosks 10% restocking fee:Applies to paddles "post marked" returning to seller AFTER 12 hours the paddle was received by the customer. Free return shipping no longer applies. An additional $10.00 fee will be charged if your request and we provide a "return label." 25% restocking fee:Applies to paddles "post marked" returning to seller, one day after the paddle was received by the customer. An additional $10.00 fee will be charged if your request and we provide a "return label." 50% restocking fee:Applies to paddles "post marked" returning to seller two days after the paddle was received by the customer. An additional $10.00 fee will be charged if your request and we provide a "return label." Paddles marked "SALE" are not returnable after two days. All other items All items are returnable within 30 days from our original ship date. Free return shipping does not apply for items other than paddles. We charge a 30% restocking fee on all returned items other than paddles if returned NEW. For an item to be considered NEW it must have all tags attached and plastic bags INTACT. Items are not returnable after 30 days FROM OUR SHIP DAY.
