All our items ship free within the continental U.S.  Most light weight items (under 1 pound) will also ship for free to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. protectorates and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  We reserve the right not to ship items which do not meet these requirements.  You will be refunded if we are not able to provide free shipping.  

Most our products ship via USPS.  We will issue a full refund minus OUR cost of shipping if the item is returned by the shipping carrier (undeliverable, refused, etc.).  Shipping insurance is automatically added and you are welcome to remove such insurance (Route) by removing it from the cart before checking out.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or LATE items.  The only Guaranteed "on time" delivery service is "Priority Mail Express" or UPS "Next Day Air Saver", which can be purchased by the customer.

There are four parties involved in this transaction.  The buyer (you), the seller (us), the shipping insurance provider (Route), and the shipping service provider (USPS if shipped free).  The package is considered yours once it is accepted by the delivery carrier.  Please contact Route, the insurance provider, if you believe the package was lost or stolen.  Please contact the shipping service provider if the package is late.  A tracking number was sent to you once the order was shipped.  We are not responsible for tracking your package.

Most our "free shipping" packages (55%) are delivered within a 3-4 day time frame. About 15% Within 2-3 days.  Longer delivery dates include items being delivered to US protectorates, Alaska, Hawaii and Military bases.  You may purchase shipping if you would like a faster delivery service.
