At Pickleball Depot, we are committed to providing the best experience for our customers. To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all, we have implemented the following Fair Use Policy. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Purpose of Use

Our facilities, products, and services are intended solely for recreational and personal use related to pickleball activities. Any misuse or unauthorized use, including but not limited to commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.

2. Facility Use

Reservations: Facility access may require prior booking. Please honor your booking time to allow fair access for others.
Time Limits: During peak hours, playtime may be limited to ensure fair rotation.
Equipment Care: Please use provided equipment responsibly. Any damage due to misuse will be charged to the responsible party.

3. Code of Conduct

Respect all staff, players, and visitors. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by disposing of trash properly and keeping shared spaces tidy.
Follow all safety instructions and posted rules.

4. Product Usage

Purchased equipment and accessories should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Warranty claims or returns must adhere to our return policy, available on request or our website.

5. Liability

Pickleball Depot is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property loss occurring on our premises or during use of our equipment. Participants assume all risks inherent in playing pickleball or using related products.

6. Policy Violations

Failure to comply with this Fair Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to our facilities, products, or services. Serious violations may be subject to legal action.
